What Is Three Speed Feeding Weighing Display Controller?
- Three speed feeding weighing display controller has an unloading timeout alarm, which can be used for unloading blocking and automatic vibration unloading control of materials.
- FS3198-C1b-007 weighing display instrument controller is mainly used for multi-speed quantitative control of single material feeding, which can operate continuously or single time.
- Including empty scale identification and automatic peeling before feeding.
- Two-speed/ three-speed feeding: first open two doors for fast feeding (fast feeding threshold control), then one door for slow feeding (slow feeding threshold control); If it is not enough (acceptable lower limit control), one door will automatically jog to replenish until it is acceptable.
- Remarks: For the slow feeding of the next feeding cycle, automatically switch to another door for slow feeding, which can make the materials in the silo not unilateral!
- After feeding, three speed feeding weighing display controller can unload automatically or manually by pressing the unloading key. Discharging threshold control including residual materials.
- There is a feeding timeout alarm, which can be used for automatic vibration feeding control of feeding blockage.
