What Is Weighing Ingredient System?
The weighing ingredient system is equipped with a micro control console and powder batching machine. Equipped with a micro control console is centralized control of ingredients, achieving a simple weighing and ingredient control system. The system has a compact structure, high control accuracy, stable and reliable performance, and easy operation. Using FS3198-C31-009, C48-009-C41-009, and C49 weighing display controllers, we can form a variety of weighing and batching control systems. The weighing ingredient system can be used for weighing and batching systems of mixing plants. These scales include aggregate scales (1~4 kinds), cement scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), fly ash scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), water scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), additive scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), etc. They can also be used for the weighing and batching control system of multiple scales in factories and enterprises.

1. Simple weighing and batching control cabinet

The FS3198-C4 weighing display controller is suitable for the electronic batching scale of feeding, weighing, batching, and unloading in various ways. The electronic batching scale does not need PLC control. It is commonly used for aggregate batching machines in 2-4 bins of construction machinery, cement scale, water scale, additive scale, etc., to reduce manual batching error, improve batching efficiency, and batching quality, reduce workload, and save labor costs. The FS3198-C41-009 weighing and batching control cabinet, with very accurate, stable, and reliable performance, is an excellent product in the domestic construction machinery batching industry and is widely used in domestic highway, railway, port, wharf construction, high-rise building construction, factory batching, etc. It has a history of nearly 10 years, and the product has also been updated to the fourth or fifth generation, which is more advanced, stable, reliable, and easy to use than the first generation.

After the aggregate scale is equipped, manually press the left and right buttons for unloading. The left and right high-level scales trigger the high-level travel switch with the hopper of the mixer for automatic unloading. The mixer mixes and unloads concrete regularly.
