Measuring Belt Scale
The measuring belt scale is one of the belt scales provided by BINCEN which is mainly composed of three parts: a weighing bridge, speed sensor, high-precision sensor, and weighing display instrument. The weighing sensor in the weighing bridge detects the weight of the material on the belt and sends it to the integrator; The integrator processes the received speed signal and weight signal to obtain the instantaneous flow rate and accumulated quantity of materials.

Features of Measuring Belt Scale
ICS-NT series measuring belt scale is a new generation of belt weigher developed by our company. It has the advantages of high precision, good reliability, rich functions, etc., and can continuously and reliably detect the flow and conveying volume of bulk materials.
Function of Measuring Belt Scale
(1) Applied to processing or control
Measuring belt scales are used to monitor the output, production speed, and ingredients. According to the situation, the required accuracy is between ± 0.5% and ± 1%. The accuracy of the most commonly used belt scales in this application is ± 0.5%, which does not require the approval of the management organization. For example, for the measurement of coal as fired in power plants and the measurement of various production raw materials for internal accounting, Bincheng ICS-4~8T series measuring belt weighers are usually used. However, only in the process control, such as quantitative feeding and the proportion control of various raw materials, the Bincheng ICS-2~4T series measuring belt weigher can meet the requirements.
(2) Applied to process monitoring
Measuring belt scales can be used for alarm in the processing workshop when there is waste or possible equipment damage. Depending on the situation, the weighing accuracy range is between ± 0.5% and ± 2%. The repeatability of this scale is often as important as the weighing accuracy. Bincheng ICS-1~2T series measuring belt weigher is usually selected for this occasion.
