The computer software can also query and count the output of sewage discharge, print the statistical report, and export it to EXECL for further data processing. 3. The workflow is as follows:

  • According to the principle of “grab work priority”, grab the bucket above the scale bucket and close the discharge door of the air cylinder of the scale bucket. The traveling crane above the scale bucket is provided with the position detection of the crown block and the position detection of the grab bucket; According to the principle of “grab work priority”, when the crown block reaches above the hopper, the discharge door of the weighing hopper is closed, the weighing controller delays (settable) to process whether to record the tare weight, and then the green light for allowing the grab to discharge is on; When the grab leaves the weighing bucket, the weighing controller records the gross weight and allows the weighing bucket to unload, to prevent the grab and the weighing bucket from discharging at the same time, and prevent the weighing bucket door from being closed properly, to ensure effective weighing and metering.
  • In the process of loading containers or trucks with the weighing bucket, when the unloading door of the weighing bucket is opened or closed, but the weighing controller has not finished processing the current weight, the red light control is given; When the discharge door of the weighing bucket is closed and the weighing controller has stored and processed the weight before closing the door, the weighing controller will give green light control.
