The batching scale machine consists of batching system, weighing system, and electric control system.

• Feeding system: composed of a storage hopper and feeding device. Its function is to store materials and weigh the feeding amount of the hopper under the control of the control system.
• Weighing system: The weighing system is an important part of batching machine. It is composed of a weighing hopper, suspension device, weighing system sensor, and batching controller.
• Electrical control system: the electrical control system is the core part of the batching machine. Its function is to control the weighing, display, and operation of the whole batching machine and complete various automatic batching procedures. The system is composed of a batching controller and a strong circuit.

The batching scale machine can directly use the hopper or belt conveyor of the mixer to batch the concrete mixer with a displacement of 2000 liters or less. The weighing system of batching machine adopts weighing controller and sensor, which can quantify, batching and control materials, and automatically correct the drop. The machine has reasonable layout, compact structure, simple operation, accurate batching and reliable control.

Using FS3198-C31-009, C48-009C41-009, C49 weighing display controller, we can form a variety of weighing and batching control systems. This system can be used for weighing and batching system of mixing plant. These scales include aggregate scales (1~4 kinds), cement scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), fly ash scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), water scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), additive scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), etc. They can also be used for the weighing and batching control system of multiple scales in factories and enterprises.

Workflow composition

The batching scale is composed of mechanical parts and a control system. The mechanical part includes a hopper, scale body (including idler), weighing device (including weighing sensor), speed measuring device (including speed sensor), belt, material retaining device, reduction motor, dust cover and cleaning device. The control system consists of control instruments, AC frequency converters, switching power supplies, isolation modules, low-voltage electrical appliances, wiring terminals, etc.

Stone, sand, block stone and other raw materials are transported by concrete machinery. The raw materials are transported to the host machine through a belt scale. The concrete mix ratio is set by the batching machine. The concrete is automatically batched according to the set mix ratio and mixed into concrete. It is generally applicable to general construction sites, roads, bridges and other projects.
