Steel Cylinder Scale
The steel cylinder scale is a platform scale designed for weighing cylindrical cylinders such as steel cylinders and gas cylinders. The whole scale is composed of an upper and lower double scale frame structure. The upper scale frame is designed with a wheel clamp bracket device specially designed for gripping steel cylinders, which is convenient for fixing and protecting the steel cylinders from collision with the scale body during the measurement of bottled items.

Application occasions
This series of cylinder scales is suitable for the chemical industry, tap water, textile dyeing and printing, gas filling, and manufacturing industries. It is used in the weighing and metering occasions in the filling and discharging environment of chlorine, ammonia, and other gases or liquid bottles, and placed on a flat table. The scale body can be connected to the optional weighing display for measurement.
The explosion-proof cylinder scale applies to the occasions with high requirements for explosion-proof. For the use of gas and liquid in chlorine cylinders (chlorine is relatively corrosive to all steel products, and the scale can effectively prevent chlorine from corroding the scale body after thickening, plastic spraying, and other anti-corrosion treatments). There are two kinds of display options for explosion-proof mode: intrinsically safe and flameproof.

Operating environment
- The electronic cylinder scale shall not be close to the heat source and vibration source in use.
- The electronic cylinder scale shall not be kept in the open air for too long, especially in the rain; Keep the operating environment dry.
- Avoid contact with corrosive substances to prolong service life. The nonwaterproof platform scale shall avoid water ingress into the sensor, junction box, etc., which may damage or affect the measurement.
- Due to the threat of insects and rats on many use occasions, some parts of the signal line of the steel cylinder scale are exposed outside, so it is necessary to prevent insects and rats from damaging it.
- Clean the sundries on the side of the sensor frequently to avoid blocking the weighing sensor, causing inaccurate weighing, jumping, etc.
- In areas where lightning occurs frequently or in thunderstorm seasons, reliable lightning arresters or other reliable lightning protection measures must be installed. Sensors and instruments are electrostatic sensitive equipment, and anti-static measures must be taken in use.
