Filling Scale
Filling scale is a weighing device that fills a container with liquid according to a set weight. Filling scales generally consist of liquid filling guns, weighing platforms, and control systems. The filling process has been fully automated, with accurate weighing, stable performance, long service life, resistance to electromagnetic interference, and easy operation.
What Is the Filling Scale?
Filling scale is developed by using a high-performance single-chip microcomputer, precision low drift amplification, high-precision A/D, and other technologies. Basic features: accurate weighing, stable performance, long service life, anti-electromagnetic interference, simple operation, etc., which makes the filling fully automatic.
FS3198-C41 weighing controller (equipped with automatic filling software) is selected, which can complete the functions of “manual and automatic barrel pushing, initial automatic peeling, fast feeding, slow feeding, automatic correction of slow feeding threshold after slow feeding, underweight feeding, unloading, automatic return of each action, cumulative times, stop”, etc.
