Process description of automatic batching system

  • There are manual control buttons, indicator lights, and start buttons on the control panel.
  • Set the recipe for input ingredients and allocate the required quantity of raw materials proportionally. Provide data basis for automatic feeding.
  • At the same time as the production starts, the PLC sends the dynamic measurement start signal to the weighing and measuring instrument. The instrument starts to collect and display the weight of each link and adopts fast and slow feeding strategies at different weight stages, displayed in the form of charts. When reaching the target value, output a stop metering signal, and the PLC controls the closure of relevant valves, pumps, etc. Simultaneously complete the unloading to the reaction kettle, and the measuring instrument will automatically reset to zero and remove the skin.
  • At the end of this batch of ingredients, the actual data will be stored by the upper computer and can be analyzed with certain accuracy according to requirements, generating various reports for production statistics and management.
  • Print various required reports online or offline, such as daily production of finished products, raw material consumption, raw material inventory, finished product inventory, etc.
  • The dynamic weighing instrument of the PLC weighing system adopts a dynamic measurement accuracy control method. When the external operation input signal is valid in the stopped or paused state, the automatic batching process is started.
  • After the start of the batching system, the system PLC automatically controls the sequence of opening each raw material pneumatic valve, weighing feeding valve, and feeding motor. After the feeding is completed, the feeding valve and motor are automatically closed, and the unloading valve and mixing motor are opened. The raw materials start to be unloaded, the reaction kettle starts to stir, and the stirring of the reaction kettle ends. The system opens the unloading valve and unloading motor of the reaction kettle, and transports the finished products to the finished product tank. This batching is completed.
  • Filling workers can start the filling machine and carry out the barrel-filling process. The batching process can also be manually operated by operators according to process requirements.
  • Static level gauges (such as radar level gauges, ultrasonic level gauges, float level gauges, pressure level gauges, etc.) and temperature controllers can be installed on the raw material tank to detect changes in liquid level and temperature at any time. The control system tracks and collects liquid level height data on time, and measures and calculates raw material inventory, feed quantity, discharge quantity, etc., generating data reports for easy management of raw material inventory consumption, etc.
