The truck scale weighing software uploads the weighing data of the electronic scale to the server computer for sharing with other computers, which means that the weighing data can be retrieved at any time on other computers and queried, counted, and printed according to certain conditions. This system can form an internal weighing network consisting of multiple weighing computers and multiple query management computers, as well as an enterprise LAN with other computers. The client/server model (i.e. C/S architecture) consists of three parts of software: weighing client software (for collecting and measuring weighing data, printing weighing lists or invoices, etc.), server software (for collecting and weighing client network data, storing and forwarding), and query software (for querying and statistics according to conditions and printing the results). This method is relatively stable, safe, and easy to maintain.
The server can be a dedicated server, or a weighing computer or other computer can be used as a server. Weighing data is generally stored in the server for long-term storage and transmission.
Client/server mode, can be set to meet the cross-weighing of multiple car scales, can be tared on any scale, and then gross on any scale in the weighing network system; On the contrary, and vice versa.
Wiring method: If the weighing computer is close to the data management center (<100 meters), it can be directly connected to the system through a twisted pair cable; If it is several hundred meters, relay mode can be used; If it is greater than 1000 meters, remote transmission methods such as fiber optic and ADSL should be considered for access.
